Lay the pad over your mattress
Place the HUB 2 pad directly onto your mattress — under your fitted sheet, just like a mattress topper. Fits mattresses up to 40cm deep.

Connect the tubes to HUB 2
Run the supply tubes from the pad to the HUB 2 unit — quick-connect fittings, no tools required. Place HUB 2 on your bedside table or floor.

Fill the reservoir with distilled water
Add 1.7-1.8L of water to the HUB 2 reservoir. Put the cap on.

Power on and set your temperature

Position the Pad on your mattress and secure the elastic straps around the corners.

Cover the Pad with your usual bedsheet or bedspread.
Step 3
Ensure the connection tubes are free of tangles and are not twisted.
Step 4
Place the unit beside the bed, leaving at least 15 cm of clearance on all sides to allow for proper air circulation.

What is the HUB?
The HUB 2 is your intelligent thermal sleep partner.
Simply place the advanced thermal pad beneath your sheets. The HUB quietly circulates chilled or heated water through your bed surface, optimizing your temperature to help you fall asleep faster and achieve deeper, restorative rest.
Does it fit my Mattress?

The thin thermal pad fits effortlessly beneath your sheets, just like a topper. It is fully compatible with all mattress depths, from 15 cm to 40 cm
Does it change the softness of the mattress?
Designed for Seamless Comfort.
The thermal pad makes a negligible difference to the feel of your mattress. Most users note a slight firming effect, generally reporting the surface feels around 5% firmer.
The tubes can be felt under hand, however upon laying down, 99%+ of customers advise they cannot feel the tubing.
How is this better than an A/C or Heater?

Unlike air-based systems (which only dry your skin or move stale air), The HUB 2 uses direct, water-based circulation for heating and cooling. This direct contact with the bed's ecosystem gives you far better and more precise control than any AC or heater. Best of all, it uses up to 70% less power than traditional temperature control methods.
We do not recommend the HUB as a full replacement for air conditioning. It should be used in conjunction AC with on warmer nights.

How is the HUB 2 different to a 'cooling mattress'?
The difference is simple: passive cooling versus active, intelligent temperature control.
1. Cooling Mattresses (Passive)
A typical "cooling mattress" or a foam bed with "cooling gel" offers only passive cooling.
- They rely on materials like copper, phase-change materials, or gel-infused foams to absorb and wick away the heat you generate.
- They can feel cool for the first hour, but once they absorb your body heat, they become heat reservoirs and stop cooling.
- They cannot cool below room temperature and cannot actively heat your surface—they are limited by the air around you.
2. The HUB 2 (Active & Intelligent)
The HUB 2 is a dedicated thermal engine that provides active cooling and heating using a water-based system.
- Active Control: It constantly circulates chilled or heated water, from a refreshing 12°C all the way up to 55°C.
- Intelligent System: It actively senses your body temperature and the room environment to intelligently support your natural sleep cycle, maximizing your recovery.
- Dual-Zone Personalization: You and your partner can set two independent temperatures at the same time, which is impossible with any passive cooling mattress.
In short, a cooling mattress reacts to your heat; The HUB 2 controls your heat.
Why not a heated blanket?
The HUB 2 offers several advantages over a heated blanket. Electric blankets can only warm — and risk overheating — while the HUB 2 actively cools and heats for precise temperature regulation.
Electric blankets also contain hard wiring that emits EMF radiation, whereas the HUB 2's thermal pad is 100% hydro-powered with zero electronics on the surface. The soft, flexible hydro-tubes also feel far less intrusive than the stiff wiring found in blankets.
Finally, no blanket can offer independent dual-zone control for two partners — the HUB 2 can.
