Warranty
Your OAK SLEEP HUB 2 is covered by our warranty from the date of purchase:
- HUB (control unit): 12 months
- Pad: 2 years
Spare HUBs and Pads are held in Melbourne, so replacements can move quickly.
Something not working?
Email support@oaksleep.com.au with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo or video (including any error code shown on the display). We'll walk you through troubleshooting first, and if it's a fault, we'll arrange a replacement.
Returns
Our 30-day returns policy for unopened items is separate and doesn't affect your warranty. See our Return Policy for details.
